Overturned vehicle accident

Station 2 dispatched for an auto-accident reported serious. Engine 2-2 and Amb. 2-1/Medic 2-1 arrived on scene with one vehicle on its side with a subject bleeding from the head. Engine 2-2 secured the vehicle and took care of the fluids leaking onto the roadway.

Captain 2, Brazunas, requested PENNSTAR Aeromedical due to the victim's head trauma.

Engine 2-2 proceeded to the Valley Forge Aviation field and secured a landing zone, where the victim was transported to a Philadelphia trauma center.
