The Berwyn Fire Company was dispatched at 7:12 a.m. to Rt. 202 Southbound in the area of the East Swedesford Rd. on ramp in Tredyffrin Township for a motor vehicle collision.

Fire/EMS units arrived to find an SUV overturned, with one occupant laying partially out of the vehicle. Traffic was reduced to one lane so crews could safely operate on the highway. The victim was promptly removed by first responders to an awaiting Ambulance. Firefighters cleaned up fluids and debris on the roadway until the vehicle could be removed from the scene.

The patient was transported by Berwyn EMS to Paoli Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. All units were clear of the scene before 8 a.m. The Tredyffrin Township Police Department and PENNDOT were also on location.
