Rescue crews used struts to stabilize the vehicle to make sure it did not shift during patient removal.
The patient was extricated by a joint effort of fire and EMS personnel on scene.
Berwyn's partnership with Good Fellowship's Paramedic Program allows for Paramedics in Training to gain real world experience in all types of situations.
FF/EMR Mary Ellen Toscani cleans up the extrication tools and rescue struts after an extrication lasting under 10 minutes.
Berwyn's unique ability to provide Fire, Rescue, ALS and BLS services is a tremendous benefit to our residents and those who travel through our district.
Another job well done by an outstanding group of volunteers and career personnel who serve Tredyffrin and Easttown 24/7/365.
