The Berwyn Fire Company monthly report for January was presented to the Tredyffrin Township Board of Supervisors at their public meeting by Fire Chief Eamon Brazunas on Tuesday, February 20th.

Berwyn fire/EMS volunteers and staff responded to 56 fire calls and 149 EMS calls in Tredyffrin Township, while 34 fire calls and 72 EMS calls were handled in Easttown Township. Mutual aid assistance was provided to surrounding municipalities in the amount of 12 fire calls and 11 EMS calls for the month. The average fire response time (first fire truck arriving on location from dispatch) was 8 minutes and 51 seconds. This includes all fire responses both handled in emergency and non-emergency mode in Tredyffrin, Easttown, and other municipalities.

Thank you to all of our fire/EMS mutual aid partners and the Officers at Tredyffrin Township Police Department and Easttown Township Police Department for their assistance during a busy start to the year.
