Berwyn Fire Company Presents Monthly Township Report

BERWYN, PA - On Monday, March 19th, the Berwyn Fire Company monthly report for February was presented to the Tredyffrin Township Board of Supervisors at their public meeting by Fire Chief Eamon Brazunas.

Berwyn fire/EMS volunteers and staff responded to 33 fire calls and 107 EMS calls in Tredyffrin Township, while 20 fire calls and 60 EMS calls were handled in Easttown Township. Mutual aid assistance was provided to surrounding municipalities in the amount of 6 fire calls and 9 EMS calls for the month. The average fire response time (first fire truck arriving on location from dispatch) was 8 minutes and 41 seconds. This includes all fire responses both handled in emergency and non-emergency mode in Tredyffrin, Easttown, and other municipalities.
