BERWYN, PA - The Berwyn Fire Company is continuously working to achieve the highest level of professionalism and efficiency with the delivery of our programs and services to the Tredyffrin-Easttown community. We are currently working on a process of improving our quality of services by establishing a community-driven component of our strategic plan for the next five years.

We have (8) resident positions remaining for Tredyffrin Township and Easttown Township citizens to participate. To date we have received a great response from our business community, local/county officials, and residents to attend.

The community-driven strategic planning process includes important community feedback designed to look at the current expectations and concerns that the community has, and it requires us to determine how our organization can best meet those expectations and overcome the concerns. We plan to host a community structured stakeholder input session so as to gain a better understanding of our customers’ expectation, to identify community concerns that may exist, and to identify the community’s priorities regarding programs and services that we provide. Your feedback from the instruments used in this brief meeting will allow us to understand a broad-based community perspective on how we are doing, and on how we may serve you better.
