BERWYN, PA – The members of the Berwyn Fire Company greatly enjoy the opportunity to get the community together for the annual Halloween parade. This event typically draws hundreds of children and parents for a fun-filled night.

Due to continued precautions that must be taken due to the pandemic, this year will be a little bit different to avoid a large gathering and indoor activities at the firehouse in the Village of Berwyn.

In lieu of the normal parade and best costume awards, a drive-by style event will take place through Berwyn’s coverage area in the T-E community on Friday, October 30th, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

First responders, wearing masks and having performed a health screening, will be handing out pre-packaged bags, filled with fire safety information and nut-free candy. As we drive-by, families are asked to stay at the end of your driveway, sidewalk or front yard.

While we cannot get everywhere, we hope to provide some fun and excitement for families as we make our way through established routes that will run simultaneously.

We hope to get through the drive-by without any emergencies, but if needed our fire/EMS crews may need to break away to handle calls. We apologize in advance if we miss you! Have a fun and safe Halloween!
