BERWYN, PA - Berwyn Fire Company volunteers and career staff had a busy Christmas Day responding to 17 fire/EMS calls between 1 a.m. and 10:30 p.m., including an extended standby assisting the Broomall Fire Company as they operated at a house fire.

Due to the extreme cold, broken water pipes are impacting residents and businesses across the region. This is also leading to numerous requests for fire department assistance.
